Leaders, show up every day and talk about the vision with the people you work with. Connect people to the vision. Shape it together, talk about how it shows up in the work you do every day. Talk about how it affects the decisions you make, the processes you put in place, the way you support each other.
Create alignment. Create clarity. Create a dialogue. Create a shared vision that empowers your team to turn a shared vision into reality.
