What builds strong, resilient, and effective teams is their durability. Durability is difficult to measure. It comes from having a clear, and aligned, vision. Alignment comes from open dialogue. Open dialogue comes from interacting with your team in a psychologically safe space where people increase the shared pool of understanding.
