Bias isn't something people can get rid of—we are all biased. The trick is understanding which bias you have and then doing things to manage them, like getting feedback from someone who has an opposing bias. I'd argue that the best Product Manager... or collaborators... actively work to understand their own, and other people's bias and work to mitigate the negative and hidden effects created by bias.
This is the one thing I see people across the industry getting wrong and it creates a bias that people think they are not biased... kinda funny when you think about it.
